In this section, our web hosting clients can access user guides to the tools our servers host such as PHP and MySQL, a Webmail interface for accessing e-mail through a web browser, detailed statistics on their website and a server status page.
Web Stats
Web statistics are available for customers of The Web Factory at no extra charge. The stats are, in most cases, calculated weekly and will give you valuable insights into where your web traffic is coming from. Web stats are accessed through your web browser at the following link:

If you are prompted for a user name and password, simply use your FTP login details to log in. If you do not know your FTP login details please email us and we'll send them to you.
Web Mail
For customers of The Web Factory, we provide a WebMail facility for checking your email while out on the road or for when you are travelling overseas. This facility can be used through any web browser and provides full email functionality. For most of our customers WebMail is automatically activated with your web hosting account. To access your WebMail just point your web browser to:
http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au
(Please replace bold text with your own domain name - eg. webmail.webfactory.com.au)
You will be forwarded to a login screen where you need to enter a user and password. The user is simply your full email address (eg. fred@example.com.au) and the password is your normal email password. If you are having difficulty connecting to your WebMail account please call us for assistance. There are no additional fees for this service.

If you are delegating your domain name to our DNS servers you will need the following information to do so:
Primary DNS: nimrod.webfactory.com.au
Secondary DNS: nimrod2.webfactory.com.au
