Email Service

We offer three types of Email Hosting. Our Shared Hosting Plans all come with POP3 / IMAP email accounts. If your email needs are bigger than this we have our Cloud Email Service based on Microsoft Exchange or M365.

For this we can offer either our Cloud email which is powered by Microsoft Exchange or M365 which is hosted with Microsoft.

We also offer custom hosting environments on either a Virtual Private Server or dedicated Hardware. 

The Web Factory offers support via email or phone during business hours. If there is a problem out of hours customers can either email or leave a message and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our servers are monitored 24/7 and any issues are resolved immediately.

All of our Shared Hosting plans come with backups included. These backups can be accessed by customers via the Acronis button within your cPanel account. We also take Disaster Recovery backups of all of our servers, which are kept offsite.
